We will leave the valley on Thursday at 8:00am after picking up in three locations (one north, one south, one strip) and arrive in Long Beach, California by about 2:30pm in time to check in and re-board the bus to drive to the convention center for "Preview Night". We will stop on the way in Montclair, CA to visit "The Fabric Patch" and have lunch. Our accommodations will be the Best Western on Long Beach Avenue. A shuttle will be available from the hotel to the convention center in addition to our coach Friday morning, Friday afternoon, and Saturday morning.

We will drive out of Long Beach Saturday afternoon to arrive back in Las Vegas at approximately 7:00pm. One stop will be made along the way to stretch our legs and purchase dinner.

Registration and Cancellation Information

• Deposit of $25 with registration. (Full refund of deposit if written cancellation received on or before 6/26/09)
   

• Balance due on May 15, 2009.
   

• No refunds after May 15, 2009 but you may transfer your reservation to a friend. Any financial arrangements must be made between you and your friend. Please have them register and indicate in the comments area that they are taking over your seat on the tour.
   

• Quilt Tours of Las Vegas reserves the privilege of canceling the tour if there are an insufficient number of registrations. Should Quilt Tours of Las Vegas need to cancel the tour; a full refund will be made within 5 days of notification.
