How
do I reserve a seat and pay for the tour?
Complete the registration
form and we will put you on our schedule. We currently do not give
tours everyday so please put on all the days you would be
available for a tour. You do not need to complete the website
payment page until we confirm a tour day for you
If
the tours do not run everyday, how will I know if my tour has been
confirmed?
We will contact you via
e-mail before your arrival in Las Vegas OR call you at your hotel
or on your cell phone (if you give us the number on the
registration form) a day or so before your requested tour date or
as soon as a day can be confirmed.

Do
you pick me up at my hotel?
We currently pick up
at the strip hotels and timeshares from Southpoint Hotel and
Casino north to the California in downtown Las Vegas AND several
blocks east and west of the strip.

Where
do I wait for you at the hotel?
Each hotel has a specific
pick-up location for their guests that are going on a tour. We
usually call you at your hotel or on your cell phone the night
before (we will leave a message so you don't have to wait for our
call) if we have not already let you know time and location via
e-mail before your arrival in Las Vegas. The larger hotels have
tour lobbies and the smaller hotels/timeshares usually prefer that
we pick you up just outside the registration entrance.
What
if I am not staying at a strip hotel?
We can arrange to pick you up
at a hotel that is on the "fringe" of the strip so you
do not have to have your transportation use the busy Las Vegas
Blvd, such as Mandalay Bay, the Orleans or the Las Vegas Hilton on
Paradise.
How
long is the tour?
We pick you up between 8:00
and 9:00 am. A more exact time can be set when we know which
hotels we will be stopping at the day of the tour. The drop-off
times for each size tour are: 4 shop: before 4:00, 3 shop: before
1:30, 2 shop: before 12:30, 5 shop: before 5:00pm. If you have
other activities planned for the day of your tour, please inform
us when you register.
How
much time do we spend in each shop?
Generally we have 45 minutes
in each shop. The shop owners graciously arrange for extra
attention to the guests of the tour helping you find any specific
fabrics, books or patterns for which you might be searching or to
select fabrics for a quilt.

Where
do we eat lunch?
We eat lunch at a great
salad/soup buffet. There is a good selection of pre-made salads or
you can put your own together. They also offer eight choices of
soup, several pasta dishes, muffins, breads, fruits, brownies and
yogurt cones/cups with toppings if there is still room for
dessert.
What
if I need to cancel my tour?
You may cancel and receive a full refund up to 24 hours prior to
9:00am the day of your tour. If your cancellation is received
after 9:00am the day before your tour, we will retain your tour
fee. Group tours may have a different cancellation policy that
will be made clear as we plan your tour.

Should I
bring anything along for the tour?
It is always a good idea
to have a bottle of water with you in Las Vegas. We also carry a
cooler with water bottles in the van.
If you are
working on a project or have a pattern for which you need to
purchase fabric, bring along your fabric requirements or swatches
to match.
Plan ahead how
you will get your purchases home-you may want to bring along an
extra suitcase to check in or large bag to use as a carry-on. We
can ship your purchases but it may be cheaper to pay to check in a
piece of luggage (see our shipping page).
